This patient had a previous rhinoplasty elsewhere and did not like the persistent bump on her nose following the surgery. Dr. Hessler performed a cosmetic revision rhinoplasty in the Palo Alto Plastic Surgery Center. She also had a fat transfer to the cheek area of the face to enhance her features.
